Business Overview

The future project will consist of around 100 apartment units with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. In addition to the project, there will be also developed a sports and a health club.

Status

Ongoing project – currently on the design stage. The project will start at the 3Q of 2017 and is planned to be built (with use permit) during the 2Q or the 3Q of 2019. The sales will start after the 3Q of 2018 when Act 14 is expected to be received.
